I do not recommend living here. I personally felt looked-down-upon and always on edge with the management. Management created (for myself and roommates) a culture of fear and intimidation. In my personal experience, requests for reasonable interior updates were met with on one or two occasions: "if you don't like it, then move out". The rent was raised and no significant improvements made to the interior. Though I was a perfectly friendly tenant, paid rent on time, quiet, and clean, I was finally forced out when I was told "we want you to go" via a telephone call. The sort of tactics that I described resulted in an unnecessary culture of fear and in my opinion, reflect a certain high-handedness and unprofessionalism that gets "personal" when dealings with tenants.
I understand from a previous tenant that they received a personal note which they felt to be degrading that accompanied their itemized list of deductions. I'm currently at a different, professionally managed property and the difference is night and day, like going from elementary school with a strict teacher to college where you're treated as an adult. if you want management that doesn't "get personal" and doesn't create a culture of fear, go to a professionally managed property instead, not a personally managed one. Skip and you'll be happier in the long run.
