EVERYTHING RELATING TO THIS ADDRESS/ILLEGAL RENTAL ACCESSORY UNIT GETS NOTHING BUT NEGATIVE NUMBERS/NEGATIVE STARS. ONE STAR IS TOO GOOD FOR THE EXPERIENCE THE LANDLORDS AND IMMEDIATE NEIGHBORS PUT ME THROUGH. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO REPULSED BY LANDLORDS AND NEIGHBORS' IMMORAL, SICKENING, AND CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR. WHAT MADE THIS SO CALLED LIVING SITUATION AN EVEN MORE HORRIBLE ORDEAL WAS THE FACT THAT AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH ON ALL THE CULPRITS I REALIZED THAT I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY HAD HARASSED, TAUNTED, AND VIOLATED. THEIR DEPRAVITY WENT EVEN FURTHER WHEN THEY COLLUDED BY FABRICATING A STORY TO LAPD THAT I WAS USING THE RENTAL UNIT AS A METH LAB. LANDLORDS AND THEIR OTHER TENANTS WAITED TILL I LEFT FOR WORK TO HAVE LAPD AND LAFD BREAK DOWN THE DOOR WHERE I RESIDED. RIGHT BEFORE THAT HAPPENED I LEFT FOR WORK AND TURNED AROUND AS I HAD FORGOTTEN MY WALLET. WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR I HEARD SOMEONE RIGHT ABOVE IN THE ATTIC SCURRYING BACK FROM MY KITCHEN AREA TO THE PART OF THE HOUSE THEY WERE RENTING. I HEARD THAT SAME PERSON PLOP DOWN FROM THE ATTIC TO THE FLOOR WITH THEIR BOOTS AND I KNEW WHO IT WAS - THE SAME DISGUSTING PERSON THE LANDLORDS ILLEGALLY GAVE A KEY TO OUR FRONT DOOR AND WAS STEALING FROM US.

I FELT MY HEART DROP WHEN I SAW THE NEWS AND REALIZED THAT THE ONLY THING THAT MADE SENSE AS TO WHY HE NEEDED ACCESS TO OUR PLACE VIA THE ATTIC OPENING AND FOR NO ONE TO SEE HIM WAS THAT THEY HAD PLANNED TO PLANT ILLEGAL DRUGS IN OUR RESIDENCE. THEY WANTED US INCARCERATED AND THAT WOULD MAKE IT LEGAL FOR THE LANDLORDS TO EVICT US DUE TO CRIMINAL ACTIVITY IN THE DWELLING. THIS WAY THE FACT THAT THEY HAD BEEN ILLEGALLY COLLECTING RENT ON THAT UNIT FOR OVER 12 YEARS AND NOT REPORTING IT TO THE IRS WOULD NOT MATTER. IF I WOULD HAVE NOT COME BACK FOR MY WALLET AND HEARD WHAT I DID UP IN THE ATTIC THEY WOULD HAVE PLACED WHATEVER ILLEGAL DRUGS THEY HAD OUT IN THE OPEN SO LAPD COULD HAVE FOUND THEM IMMEDIATELY, GONE TO OUR PLACE OF WORK, ARRESTED US, THUS PUTTING THEMSELVES IN A POSITION TO FURTHER STEAL, AND DEFACE OUR BELONGINGS IN THE DWELLING AND EVICT US. NO ONE WOULD OF BEEN THE WISER.

AND THIS ALL HAPPENED BECAUSE WE DID FIND OUT THEY DID NOT HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY, THEY WERE COLLECTING RENT ILLEGALLY FOR OVER 12/13 YEARS (ON THAT DWELLING), AND WE HAD PROOF THAT AFTER INFORMING THEM MANY TIMES OF THE WATER HEATER BREAKING DOWN, THE CONSTANT BACK-UP OF SINKS, COMMODE, AND SHOWER, THE POWER GOING OUT 4/5 TIMES A WEEK (AT TIMES EVERYDAY), AND MOLD INFESTATION. THIS IS ONLY A SMALL GLIMPSE OF WHAT THE LANDLORDS FORCED US TO ENDURE AS THEIR TENANTS AND LITTLE DID WE KNOW THAT THEIR TENANTS IN THE MAIN HOUSE WERE THEIR ACCOMPLICES FROM THE VERY BEGINNING OF OUR TENANCY.

SO I HAVE TO CHOOSE ONE STAR TO POST. THE REALITY OF THIS TENANCY IS THAT NO ONE, AND I MEAN NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO BE PUT THROUGH THIS HORRID NIGHTMARE AND BE MADE TO FEEL UNSAFE IN WHAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE THE PRIVACY OF THEIR OWN HOME. FURTHER MORE, ANYONE AND EVERYONE UNETHICAL, SHAMELESS AND REPUGNANT ENOUGH TO COMMIT SUCH VILE, INDECENT, LEWD CRIMES SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH WHAT THEY HAVE DONE.
