The best landlord I've had the pleasure of leasing from. Landlord is very professional, responsive and courteous. The home was turn-key and in immaculate condition. Landlord would go the extra step of relaying information of community functions in the neighborhood, information that was received through HOA. Landlord maintained great rapport during entire duration of my 3 year lease. Very grateful to have stayed in the same home for an extended lease. Owner takes pride in home and it shows by management style and condition of the home.
