I lived here for just barely a year, the plumbing was absolutely terrible - you could flush maybe twice a day because the pressure was awful. When we first moved in we had a leaking fridge, that was fine - it was replaced in a month. We also had a broken stove/oven that took 4 months to replace. Being a triplex that each tenant pays hydro for there was 2 coin operated laundry machines down stairs, shocker the washer broke too and took over a week to fix. As we were moving out, she decided to get the roof fixed, a days notice she told all the tenants they had to find different parking and in this neighbourhood more then 2 hour parking without a ticket is nearly unimaginable. She never offered to pay for the permit passes most of the tenants ended up getting. The front porch has been falling apart since we moved in, to the point that the mailman refused to bring us our mail. For the price it's an absolutely tiny apartment with nothing to offer, I regret moving in here and I strong suggest no one else does until the landlord gets it together and fixes everything - she's a borderline slum lord.
