The landlord is not a good person. The landlord did not respond to text messages and phone calls, failed to provide notice before entering the property, failed tp provide 24 hours notice, misinterpreted legal terms in the lease to threaten the tenants, and failed to do a proper walk through allowing tenants to resolve issues. Tenants here are treated like second class citizens while paying $40,000+ a year in rent. It's your money, give it to someone who will treat you with an ounce of resect.
