Poor communication and a lack of follow through on promises, to the point where it feels manipulative. Things that are promised to get fixed or worked on take *months* longer than quoted, that is if they get fixed at all. The quality of the work is low and the lowest possible cost materials or approach is always the one chosen by him. Ilan, also has not been in his integrity around his legal financial obligations in the contract. I would not recommend this company, and I would look elsewhere before doing business with Ilan.
