THE WORST!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone. My roommates and I had trouble with this landlord from day 1. We moved in 4 days late because they needed to clean the place more....the floors were so dirty that our feet were turning black just walking from one end to the other. First time using the oven we set off the smoke detectors because the old food was burning. There were no smoke detectors when we moved in, which is illegal. The closet smelled like dead animal for our entire 13 month lease after asking the landlord many times to fix the problem. The window screens are all duct taped on. During our stay, the landlord or maintenance staff would enter the apartment without giving us prior knowledge and moved all of our things around in our rooms. After asking him to give us email notification before entering, he was very rude about this. Maintenance made messes without cleaning them up after they were finished. After the lease finally ended and we moved out, we got outrageous deductions from our safety deposits. $95 because they had to clean the oven...which was extremely dirty when we moved in. $95 for a broken window that was 100% not broken when we moved out. $45 for one blind that was apparently broken. This man is out to take your money and he knows how to do it. He knows the landlord statute laws and how to get around certain things. Do not rent from this man. If you already are, I suggest taking pictures of everything when you move out.

Absolutely, beyond incompetent owner. Had to threaten him with a lawsuit to get him to turn on the heat in December, despite the law requiring it to be on from mid-October. When the heat did turn on it was a good consistent 58-64 degrees at the high end. Tried to fix it by giving us space heaters and comping our electrical bill, but here's the kicker. The wiring was so terrible we could keep maybe 2-3 space heaters on at a time in that large space, making most of the apartment FREEZING. Talked with other tenants in the building who had similar experiences. Absolutely the most revoltingly terrible management that cares about absolutely nothing other than saving $1, even if it shoots himself in the foot in the long-term. Whatever he can do to make an extra dollar. Wasn't going to start leaving reviews on the place until I found out he absolutely, under any circumstances, refuses to confirm rental history, making it needlessly difficult to move into new places.

If the place had even REASONABLY competent management, the place would be good. But having to deal with that giant lazy, self-absorbed human trash left a terrible taste in my mouth and virtually everyone I've ever met that has lived there.
