I went to view some office space in this building and the landlord was very careful to only show me a unit that that they made look good. After the landlord left I took a wander around inside the building to see more only to discovered that most of the building is in complete disrepair. I am glad that I did this before moving forward and renting the office space, I would be ashamed if any of my clients wandered and saw the condition of the building. With a bit more searching I did find another very nice office space a few blocks away with a different landlord which is very nice and suitable to run my business.
