This is regarding my recent experience with the management of 83 Borough dr. This is review is aimed for the lady named “ Cheryl” who works at the management office who is very unprofessional , rude and not even patient enough to listen to someone when they are on the phone and is extremely judgemental. The head office should try to call her and check for themselves if she is worthy enough to sit in that position. We pay high rents/ maintenance just to get the best of the service but not to be treated as someone who is calling for some kind of charity. I request the authorities to take appropriate disciplinary action against that lady or better move her to a different location after training her how to behave.
